Cancellation Policy

This agreement ("Agreement") is between the Service Provider ("Instructor") and the Client ("You"). By booking a remote viewing lesson, you agree to the terms below: 1. Services The Instructor will provide professional remote viewing lessons, focusing on enhancing your intuitive abilities. Sessions are conducted online or as agreed, with services ranging from individual coaching to group lessons based on your selection. 2. Payment & Booking Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the website's booking system. Once payment is received, your session is confirmed. Prices vary depending on session type and length, and the Instructor reserves the right to adjust pricing and availability as needed. 3. Cancellations No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will not receive refunds unless reviewed and approved by the Instructor. If instructor needs to reschedual lessons for another date or time, the is no extra charge or refund if student is or is not available for the reschedualing. 4. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information disclosed during the session, including personal details, remote viewing targets, and session content. No session may be recorded, shared, or disclosed without prior written consent from the Instructor. 5. Client Responsibilities As a client, you are responsible for attending sessions on time and prepared to participate. Remote viewing requires focus and a commitment to the process. Communicate any concerns or needs before your session. 6. No Guarantee of Results While I am committed to providing expert guidance and instruction, remote viewing results can vary for each individual. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed, as this practice involves personal development that is dependent on your effort and commitment. 7. Liability The Instructor is not liable for any personal, emotional, or financial outcomes from the session. You agree to release the Instructor from any claims related to the session's content or results. 8. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under Georgia law. 9. Amendments The Instructor reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. 10. Acceptance By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
